AROUND HOTEL LE MERIDIAN

Our arrival was met with flowers and a refreshing drink.

This is the golf course Keith played as viewed from our hotel lobby.  In the back ground is Pura Tanah Lot.  Pura Tanah Lot is a temple built in the 16th century by a wandering Balinese Brahman Priest.  It is only accessible during low tide.  The temple is guarded by black and white sea snakes that live in the caves below the temple.

The biggest hit in Bali for the kids was definitely the waterslide at the hotel.  We spent one entire day sliding down to the pool...hiking up the steps....sliding down to the pool....hiking up the steps...sliding down to the pool...hiking up the steps...well...you get the picture.

Life occurs at a generally slower but definitiely contagious pace in Bali...just ask Wendy and Conner.
