Service And Support These two words are so missing from the computer industry these days. When I first opened my door to the possibility that working on computers could be a fun filled job full of rewards, I decided to go out into the masses and see what the average computer user had to face. I have to admit...I was shocked to say the least. Salesmen more interested in my wallet then what I really needed as a user. Salesmen trying to sell me equipment that would not fit my needs as a user. And trying to ask too many questions got me dumped to another "sales associate" who could also not answer my questions when asked. After 2 weeks of this, I swore that when I opened my shop those things would not happen here. I am a firm believer in the fact that if it does not work, it is no good to the user. Who wants to spend large dollars on a door stop. Or own something that you can not use due to lack of education.

Lessons: Meaning I will teach all who I talk too
Answers: Meaning I will stay on top of my game
And after 13
years at this business, I still love my job.
