The new Outlook email program is different, but still all the parts are there.

This is the INBOX-where you see if you have email and can read your email.  Click on an email entry,
like phambs@juno FW:The Rules Of Rural Indiana is highlighted and the email message will open in the bottom window.
Click on another and it will open so you can read it.
The left window has a variety of folders that can be set up to store your emails.
Notice the Deleted Items.  It is a separate waste basket from the one on the desktop, only for email.
Empty it every once in a while.  It can be set to empty when you close the email program.

Notice the NEW icon on the task bar.  Click on it and you get a page for writing an email.  See below.

Note the To, Cc and Bcc entry points.  There is where you type the address.
You can put several addresses here at a time, just put a semicolon(;) between each address.
The Bcc allows you to send a group of addresses, but each person can only see their address, the rest are hidden, IE blind!
Clicking on the word To, Cc, Bcc will open your address book and you can find people quickly and enter their url without typing.
Then you can just click on an address and it will automatically go to the address box.
You can make groups of addresses under one name, and send a message to all in the group with one click.
