Armed Reaction II, to me, is not as good as Part I. This sequal is more serious and some of the cases are boring. The new cast were added -- Eddie and Eileen, it's quite refreshing, but I feel their roles are somewhat boring esp. Eddie's character. (No offense to Eddie, I just think that his character should have been better.)

Summary:
In the end of Part I , four of them got married , but in this part it turned out to be only Marco and Joyce were married. Anyway, after they got married, they usually had a fight over little things. Joyce always loved to do things her own ways and thought that Marco treated her unfairly at work because she is his wife. While Marco tried very hard to keep their relationship on track.

Joyce was transferred to a new unit where Esther was in charge.

Bobby and Esther's relationship went well until she found out that she couldn't have a baby anymore. She decided to run away on their wedding day because she knew that Bobby wanted to have children. Moreover, their relationship was intervened by Eileen Yeow, a new neighbor of Bobby. Eileen's character IIand Bobby hit it off quickly, so after Esther left him quite a while, Bobby went out with Eileen.

Marco and Joyce's relationship got worse when Marco's mother and Joyce had a fight. His mother always suspected that Joyce was having an affair with her colleage. Joyce was very angry. One day Marco and Joyce had a big fight and he ended up having a ONE NIGHT STAND!!!

When Joyce found out, she beat him up. Anyway, she forgave him later on, unfortunately, that night Joyce was raped by a psycho!!! Bobby and Eileen got married, while Eddie, a taxi driver, developed the relationship with Esther. Anyway, Esther seemed not to over Bobby yet. Eileen had an affair with her friend, so she broke up with Bobby. Bobby got a chance to make up with Esther again.

After all these incidents,it ended with a happy ending : )

Review:
Overall, it's better than most of TVB series lately, but I think AR1 was funnier. This part concentrated on Bobby and Esther more than Marco and Joyce. By the way, they developed the relationships of minor characters (Joe Ma, Joyce's little sisters etc..) quite well. I Think AR2 was OK in the first half but after Joyce got raped....it was a little boring , until the very end it got better . I mean they could have developed on Marco and Joyce more than they did. (after Joyce got raped.) The cases were OK in the first half and the last case, but those child abused cases were not so exciting. I think the producers tried to make it unique by having those child abused cases, it was interesting because it was fresh but I think they could have done better.
