The Ching Emperor

It was the story about the King, Hong Hei (the same king in Duke of the Mountain Deer). The Ching Emperor focused
on the king's love and how he defeated General Ao Bai. About his love, he had to
sacrifice his first love for the country's benefit by letting her marry another guy. Anyway, soon after that he found a new love(stilled acted by Vivian Leung)There were some obstacles but they
managed to get through it finally. On the other hand, General Ao Bai was the main bad guy here. He used to be the king's teacher but he loved the country so much
that he neglected to look at the others and caused lots of troubles to the king. And in the end, as always, the good guy wins.
Review:
I don't really have much to say about this series. Even though Chilam and Vivian made such a great pair and their actings in this series were decent, I can't find myself
to like this series. I don't know why. Maybe the storyline was just too ordinary and not very entertaining. It was an all right show, though. I mean it's watcable but not that impressive.
