The Remembrance
Cast: Chilam Cheung, Kenix Kwok, David Siu
Summary:
Chilam acted as a gangster whose parents were killed in a bombing incident when he was little. He, then, had to wander
around with David Siu's character. When they grew up they became killers. On the other hand, Kenix just came back from
foreign country with her father. One day when Chilam and David were supposed kill someone, Kenix and her father was happened to be there and Chilam
accidentally made Kenix blind. Kenix's father also died in that incident. Chilam felt very guilty, so he went to the hospital and told
Kenix that he was her father's friend and now he would take care of her. During this period, they started to develop their feelings for each other. Chilam tried to find a lot of money to cure Kenix.He wanted her to have an operation, he was not
sure if he should be happy because if she was cured that means she would know who he was. Anyway, she did really get an operation. She found out who he was and
she was devasted and they broke up. After that Chilam got together with another girl because she saved his life, while Kenix also went out with other guys. I don't remember much later on. In the later part,
the girl who came between Chilam and Kenix became a nun. And Chilam and Kenix finally got together when they were old.
Review:
I really like this show when I watched it. It was the first time I saw Chilam and Kenix acted. Kenix did a very fine job, while Chilam
was also all right. The storyline is not that good but it was entertaining. A must-see for Chilam and Kenix's fans.
