MSD Boost Timing Control

Detonation problems lead me to install the MSD BTM. I was able to dial out the detonation, however output power was greatly reduced. Eventually, I installed a Carroll SC water injection system which allowed me to run full timing with no detonation. (Thanks, Lee)
I mounted the MSD unit on a custom bracket designed to fit between the battery and the K&N Gen II air box. It was a convenient location to the battery, vacuum port and the engine coil. I highly recommend the wiring harness so you don't have to cut up the stock harness.
I mounted the control knob in the ash try. This is not only convenient, but enables me to dial in a little additional timing any time I need to.
