Kitsunegari
-A good sequel to “Pusher”, a different plot with the same idea. As far as I know the tumour thing is an excellent explanation as to why they have that whole mind control power.
-‘Chuck’ the orderly didn’t last more than a week, he barely lasted a few hours, looks like you should always listen to orderlies named ‘Piero’.
-After Mulder finishes telling the group of people who are going to catch Modell all about Modell’s abilities to make you kill yourself Skinner says “Everyone line up for your assignments.” Personally I would not be the first in line.
-The receptionist at Linda’s office seemed more than willing to give out information, and she didn’t even know who she was talking to.
-Mulder was the one who made the big speech about pursuing Modell with caution right? Than could somebody tell me why he went of looking for him all alone. At least he called for backup when he found him (actually he called for Scully not back up, but I guess he figured she would know what to do).
-I liked the way Scully was able to get Mulder to Skinner his gun when Skinner couldn’t. He can’t take orders from his superior but he can take recommendations from his equal.
-Mulder didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic with his CPR on the therapist.
-Man Scully has power. She’s about to do some serious crime fighting with a team of like 50 well armed and well armoured guys when she gets a call from Mulder who tells her she needs to be back at the safe house. All she says is “Back in the trucks.” And the fifty or so guys just turn around no questions asked.
-If I’m ever reincarnated I hope its not as a door on the set of The X-Files . Skinner kicks in the shows thousandth ruined door without knocking. Hate to see what does when he can’t find his keys to his office.
-I think these two need some kind of code word or secret handshake they can do so they can know if it’s really them. After “Small Potatoes” and the fact that they know there is shape-shifting aliens running around you’d think they would have already done this.
-Things I Learned:When someone starts to flat line in a hospital no one comes running to try and save them, but as soon as they are completely dead than they try and help.
-Best Line:Skinner: “You won her game.”
Mulder: “Then how come I feel like I lost?”
