RULES

JUDGES DECISIONS:

• Judges decisions are final. Anyone challenging the judge's decisions will forfeit entry fees and be asked to leave. No exhibitor will be allowed at the judging tables while judging is being conducted.

• Judges may combine classes at their discretion. Judges may also string a class if there are more than 30 entries per class or split a class if needed.

DEADLINES:

ONLY THE SHOW SECRETARY OR SHOW HOST IS ALLOWED TO START OR STOP THE SHOW FOR ANY REASON.

TAGS:

• Tags will not be provided by TVMHC. You will be issued a prefix (Exhibitor) number to add to your tags. Region 1 tag savers numbers recognized also. INFORMATION ON THE TAGS WILL BE SHOWER NUMBER, HORSE NAME AND BREED. IF ANY OF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT ON THE TAGS THE JUDGES WILL NOT PLACE THE ENTRY. EXAMPLE: SHOWER # = 01, HORSE NUMBER = 01, BREED = APPALOOSA, HORSE NAME = COMANCHE THE TAG WILL BE LABELED AS FOLLOWS:

• You can use 3 X 5 cards also if you wish, please do not use any cards larger than 4 X 6 as it will start to get to cluttered on the show ring.

ENTRY FEES:

• Entry fees are due on or before OCTOBER 24 2009.

• Entry fees are $35.00 for the day.

• Entry fees for a single horse are $5.00 per horse.

• There will be a $7.50 late fee accessed for all late entries and MUST be paid prior to the start of the show.

• EVERY ENTRANT MUST PAY THE ENTRY FEE OR THEIR ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED. It is only fair to everyone that any entrant must pay their entry fee before the show starts.  If you need a special occasion YOU MUST ask the club for any special entry favor prior to the show date.

LIMITS:

• Halter classes are limited to 3 entries per exhibitor.

• There will be a five (5) minute pause between halter classes.

• Time limits will be strictly enforced.

• Judges can string classes larger than 30 exhibits if they choose.

PROPS:

• Halter classes are limited to a stand, base or head gear only. Doll stands can be used also.

• Halters are not required but if used they must be breed appropriate and fitted correctly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

AWARDS:

Paper ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 5th place.

CHAMPIONSHIPS:

First and second place in each class will be a divisional champion and reserve champion. The Grand Champion and Grand Reserve will be judged from the divisional champions and reserve champions. The TOP FIVE for halter classes OF and CM will be judged from the remaining divisional champions and reserves.

TABLES & CHAIRS:

Tables and chairs will be provided.

LOCATION & TIMES:

The show location is 3755 S. Cloverdale rd. Boise ID 83709. If you need directions please email me Bob Aiken or call me at 208-794-1417. Setup starts at 8:00 am. and the show starts promptly at 9:00 am.

CHILDREN:

Children who are accompanied by an adult are welcome in the show hall. Please note that the parents will be responsible for anything their child breaks. All exhibitors must sign a waiver, which is on the ENTRY FORM for accepting liability for themselves and their invited guests.

TRADITIONAL HALTER CLASSES:

The traditional halter classes include and Peter Stone, Breyer and any other models of the traditional or classic size.

STABLEMATE CLASSES:

The stablemate horses include pebbles and smaller horses.
