Siao Fok was in the torture chamber. Gong Gong told him to answer his questions or else he would torture him. Gong Gong told him to tell him their secrets. He said that he ate meat before, he always ask Siao Long to cut wood when he is punished, and that he put a dead rat in Mo Gay's bed, and that they always play with the girls and pretend to be husband and wife. Gong Gong got mad and had his hands on his head but a soldier came and said that Shia Lua Han spit blood. Gong Gong left.
Mo Gay met the prince and showed him the map of Dong Chen. Mo Gay told him to hurry up and get help because Gong Gong is going to suck Siao Fok's energy tomorrow. The prince said that they need to find somebody to help them. Then he told him to ask Mo Ma to help. Mo Gay went to the restaurant and gave him the map to save Siao Fok. Mo Ma went to Dong Chen and saved Siao Fok. On his way out, he passed by Shia Lua Han?s room and kidnapped him.
Mo Ma brought Shia Lua Han to Jian Pin's bed and said that he knows that he is not bad and that he should talk to Jian Pin. Then he came back and showed him the flute. He said that Jian Pin always hides the flute under her pillow. Then Mo Ma walked away.
Dai Lang was waiting at the restaurant. She drank a lot of wine and asked for some more.
Siao Fok brought Jian Pin to her room. She saw the flute on the table and picked it up. Then she heard a cough coming from her bed. She walked there and saw Shia Lua Han. She lay her head on his chest and apologize for hurting him. He said that he is sorry. He said that if they cannot be together, then he wants it this way so that he can make up for hurting her and for all the hurt and pain he feels. She said that as a killer, there is a lot that he cannot say and a lot of things that he is forced to do. She said that she matured a lot when she was at the valley. He said that she changed a lot. She said that this is not the first time she changed. She never imagined that she would be like other girls, that is to find someone to love.
He wanted to explain a lot of things. He said that when he kidnapped her father, he did not hurt him and it was Bai Siao Xi. He also said that there is nothing going on between him and Bai Siao Xi but he could not reveal her identity. He said that he is happy that she understands and now he can leave. She said that she can cure him. He said that it is not a good idea because when he gets better, he would have protect his godfather and they would be on opposite sides. Mo Ma came to the restaurant to find Dai Lang. She was made at him and told him recite the poem. He did not want to recite the poem in front of other people. But he forgot the poem. He recited another poem that insulted her and she got mad at him.
The king was smoking opium when the prince came. The prince told him that somebody said that Gong Gong works for Che Wong Ye. The prince said that the Gong Gong has 2 star keys and did not tell the king yet. The prince said that if he has the 3rd star key, then he could overthrow the king. The king looked worried and the prince said that he wants to investigate more to find proof. The prince said that he wanted permission to investigate the case and he wanted the king to transfer Gong Gong somewhere else because if Jian Pin's father comes out and charges Gong Gong, then Gong Gong would kill him.
Mo Ma was sitting next to the river with Dai Lang and he told him a story of animals, of monkeys, dogs, and humans. Dai Lang was laughing at his story. Dai Lang forgave him because she found out that he went to save Siao Fok.
Jian Pin said that Shia Lua Han's injury is too serious. He said that if he lives another day, he will suffer another day. She said that he should want to live for her because he might be her real fiancée. He said that one part of him wants to be her real fiancée but that would mean that he had a part in killing his own father. Then they tried to see if Jian Pin can make him remember.
The 2nd prince said that he wants Jian Pin's father to charge Gong Gong. He told him not to worry because he would not be hurt in prison. And he said that Jian Pin would bring the charge against Gong Gong. He asked him what is his real identity is. The 2nd prince said that it does not matter. Jian Pin's father said that he would not honor the marriage contract because Siao Long is not the fiancée. Jian Pin's father said that he would be honored to have him as a son in law. The 2nd prince was so happy and he went to see Jian Pin to tell her about the plan.
Jian Pin was sitting in bed with Shia Lua Han to try to make him remember. He had flashbacks of fire, a house burning, and a boy running away. Then they stopped and he fell down. The prince came in and saw Shia Lua Han leaning on her shoulder. He came in and said that he is so disappointed with her. He spent the whole night riding to the palace and riding back. He was mad that she was in the same room with Shia Lua Han. He said that the prince misunderstood. She is only helping him with his injury. She said that she can use her life to guarantee that Shia Lua Han would not hurt her father and the people around her. Jian Pin said that it is her own business. The 2nd prince said that he knows that it is not her own business. He said that it is like if he never existed because she would always stand on Shia Lua Han's side. She would never think about it but automatically go to his side and she would never regret it.
