They went back to Jian Pin's house and asked her father to let them be together. Shia Lua Han said that he got his memory back and it must be destiny or fate that he's with Jian Pin. He said that they don't want to be separated. Her father asked them if they were married and Shia Lua Han said no, but their relationship is even stronger than marriage because they know each other and see one another's weakness as their strength. Shia Lua Han said that even though he is internally injured, he would spend his whole life loving her. And her father agreed to let them be together.
Gong Gong said that the 2nd prince should marry Jian Pin. Gong Gong's plan is to get rid of everybody around her so that when she is emotionally weak, she would turn to the 2nd prince. The 2nd prince did not like the idea that he has to make Jian Pin suffer such pain. But Gong Gong pointed out that Shia Lua Han got her affections the same way, by being a fake fiancée.
Gong Gong had a plan to make the 3rd star key appear. Gong Gong and the 2nd prince went to Jian Pin's house and ask Mo Ma for the fake star key. Mo Ma took it from his shoe and gave it to him. Then Gong Gong switched the fake star key for the real star key and asked Jian Pin's father to look at it. Then Jian Pin's father said that it is not a fake star key but a real star key. Then Gong Gong said that Mo Ma is probably working for the Dong Yuan people and asked if Mo Ma was present at the king's tomb 18 years ago. Mo Ma said yes. Gong Gong told Shia Lua Han to tell them about Mo Ma's background. Shia Lua Han said that Mo Ma was a Dong Yuan warrior and that he worked with Che Wong Ye, but now he switched sides to work for Jian Pin's father. Then Gong Gong told Dai Lang that Mo Ma did not love her but was only using her to get the star key. He said that was what warriors are trained to do, look at Shia Lua Han and Jian Pin. Mo Ma knew that it was all a setup and decided to run away.
Jian Pin chased after him and told him to keep in touch with her because they will find a way to get him out of trouble. Mo Ma told her not to do that and decided to tell her the truth. 18 years ago, he worked with Che Wong Ye. Che Wong Ye told him to kill Jian Pin's mother and father if they make it out of the grave. Instead of killing them, he brought them to Che Wong Ye because he was a warrior and does not kill women and defenseless men. Che Wong Ye gave his poisonous wine to thank him for his help. Mo Ma found out and forced the poison out of his body. Then he went to where Jian Pin's parents were. He tried to save Jian Pin's mother but he couldn't because when he was fighting with her, he hit her in the death spot. Mo Ma told Jian Pin to kill him, to take revenge for her mother. She refused and he hit her and screamed at her, calling her a coward. Jian Pin said that her mother probably knew why she was dying and chose not to tell her father. And she would not have wanted Jian Pin to take revenge. Anyways, she has always thought of Mo Ma as her own mother and gave him all her love. Jian Pin said that she forgave him but Mo Ma could not stay with them so he left.
