Shia Lua Han went and told her that if she dies, then he will be joining her shortly. Then he started playing his flutes & there were flashbacks of scenes of Shia Lua Han & Jian Pin together. Then he started to cry as he was playing the flute & Jian Pin woke up and he touched her face and she touched his face to wipe his tears away. The 2nd prince witnessed the whole scene and was sad.
Then the 2nd prince was standing in the balcony by himself and Mo Ma came and the 2nd prince said that his heart has died because no matter how bad and evil Shia Lua Han is, Jian Pin will always love him & he's more important to her than the 2nd prince and even Mo Ma, who raised her for 18 years.
Jian Pin is awake and everybody knows that even though she said that she hates Shia Lua Han for his treatment of Bai Siao Xi, deep down inside she really loves him. Bai Siao Xi said that because Jian Pin loves him so much, that's why Jian Pin hates him so much. Jian Pin felt very bad because Bai Siao Xi saved her (that was because Shia Lua Han pushed her in front of Jian Pin so that she can take the hit instead of injuring Jian Pin) and she took away Bai Siao Xi's lover. So Jian Pin told everybody that she won't marry Shia Lua Han. The 2nd prince came and convinced her to marry Shia Lua Han because her father was the one who arranged the marriage and he's the type that keeps his word. Jian Pin decided to marry Shia Lua Han only if he would marry both Jian Pin and Bai Siao Xi. Of course Mo Ma objects to it but Jian Pin's father laughed because it was unbelievable that Jian Pin would be so nice and understanding.
Shia Lua Han was playing the flute next to the river and Bai Siao Xi came. She told him that she wants to go through with the marriage because she wants to marry him and nothing is going to get in her way. Even though Shia Lua Han doesn't want to, it is the only way to marry Jian Pin. The 2nd prince decided to leave and told Shia Lua Han that he's leaving because he doesn't want to be there to object to the marriage.
Jian Pin was all dressed up to be married. Jian Pin's father introduced Shia Lua Han to Dai Lang (the lover and 2nd wife of the grave thief). Jian Pin's father said that he was recognized Shia Lua Han because of the jade. When he showed her the jade, she started having flashbacks and immediately knew that he was fake because the grave thief lived with her for 8 years after the massacre of his village (which means that the grave thief's son most likely died in the killing) and the grave thief still had the jade. Which means that he could not have given the jade to his son. As prove, Dai Lang showed Jian Pin's father the star key, saying that it was the cause of the massacre and the grave thief's death. Right away, they knew that Shia Lua Han is not the grave thief's son and the star key that he has is not the grave thief's star key. Siao Long passed by and saw Shia Lua Han fight with Dai Lang and kidnapped Jian Pin's father so he went to tell Jian Pin.
Shia Lua Han told Jian Pin's father the truth, that he stole the star key from his house and even though he did not kill the grave thief with his own hand, he contributed a lot to it. He told him to leave the place because it is dangerous here. Shia Lua Han turns to leave and as he was walking away, Bai Siao Xi attacked Jian Pin's father with a poisonous star / ninja weapon. Shia Lua Han ran to pick him up and Jian Pin came and it looked like he was going to hurt Jian Pin's father. She asked for the anecdote and he said that he doesn't have it. Bai Siao Xi tried to convince Shia Lua Han to stop being a Dong Chen killer and to give her the medicine otherwise Jian Pin's father would die. Shia Lua Han guessed her plan and decide to try to make Jian Pin hate him because he doesn't want her to be endangered in the future, it's safer for her to be away from him. So he told her that everything was just an act and he started having some feelings for her but it was part of the mission. Then Shia Lua Han left and went back to give the star key to his godfather, Cho Gong Gong & he also told him that the 2nd star key is at Dai Lang's place.
Bai Siao Xi told Cho Gong Gong that Shia Lua Han could have killed Jian Pin's father but didn't do it because he's in love with Jian Pin and didn't want to kill her father. Cho Gong Gong brought out a new / special sword and told Shia Lua Han to kill Jian Pin because now that the star key is in his hand, there is no more use for her.
Meanwhile, Siao Long and Siao Fok was trying to collect mushrooms to save Jian Pin's father and Siao Long accidentally ate a poisonous mushroom. They passed an old man who was weeping for 2 pigeons. The assumed that he was sad that the pigeons died but the old man was sad because he was tired of eating pigeons. He turned to look at them and said that he wanted to eat Siao Fok. Siao Long tried to save Siao Fok but the poison took effect and he was jumping like a zombie / vampire and the old man got scared and flew away with Siao Fok.
Siao Long went back and Mo Ma could tell that he ate the poisonous mushroom. While Mo Ma was cooking the medicine, he was thinking about Bai Siao Xi and that she could have been Shia Lua Han's accomplice. He told Siao Long to be careful of Bai Siao Xi because she is not a good person. Then he sent Siao Long to bring the medicine to Jian Pin's father to drink and Siao Long asked him why Jian Pin is not in the room with him. He said because she went out with Bai Siao Xi.
Bai Siao Xi talked Jian Pin to go out with her by telling her that she finally talked Shia Lua Han to give her the anecdote and to meet them at the bridge. When Jian Pin turned around, Bai Siao Xi had her sword at her neck and Jian Pin knew that Bai Siao Xi is part of Dong Chen. Bai Siao Xi tied her up to a pole and left her there for Shia Lua Han to kill. Jian Pin requested Shia Lua Han to not kill her father & to hear him play the flute one last time. After he played the flute, he took out the sword and swung it in front of her. It looked like he slit her throat but he didn't.
Jokingly Jian Pin said that he should not expect her to thank him. He said that she should leave soon and now Dong Chen assumed that he completed his assignment. Jian Pin was walking away when Bai Siao Xi came. She said that she knew that he would not go through with it. Shia Lua Han fought her off and she was outraged with the fact that he dared fight her. Shia Lua Han told her to leave. As she was leaving, Bai Siao Xi threw the ninja weapon at her and Siao Long flew there and took the hit. Shia Lua Han told her to leave and she was running away & dragging Siao Long. Then Dong Chen's soldiers came and chased them. Siao Long almost slipped off the cliff but Jian Pin pulled him. She would not let him go because he saved her but taking the hit. Then they lost their grip and Siao Long fell down the cliff and Jian Pin lunged over to try to grab her. Now, both Siao Long and Jian Pin are falling down.
