[Interior, close-up of three blond-bearded CHEFS looking grimly angry into the camera. Danish MUSIC is in the background.]
NARRATOR
The great pastry chefs of Denmark are not very pleased with us Americans for turning their national pastry, the danish, into something quite ordinary in the U.S. But now Product Donuts introduces authentic Danish pastries--lighter, flakier, baked fresh every day, in all the traditional varieties. Product Donuts Danish pastries. Not the way they've been made in America.
[Camera has backed up to reveal two more CHEFS (one a woman straight out of an opera). All are displeased, looking into the camera--most are glaring, arms crossed. In front of them, the short, bewildered, anxious Product Donuts BAKER holds a tray of danish out to us.]
[Close-up of one of the Danish BAKERS eating a pastry.]
CHEF
[yelling] Very good!
BAKER
Thank you.
[Medium shot of BAKER being held up high from the back of his smock by the CHEF, who continues to eat the danish with his free hand. The BAKER still holds the tray of pastries, still looks bewildered. Product Donuts logo is superimposed on lower half of screen with "DANISH" superimposed by its side in white.]
NARRATOR
But, the way they should be made.
