The Television Transcript Project : EastEnders - XenaXena: Warrior Princess Information/Links:
- EastEnders is a half hour (28 minutes) program that runs without commercial interruption on the BBC. In the U.S., about twenty PBS stations air it: check your local listings.
- The people usually talk fast, the scenes moving quickly.
- The Walford Gazette is very cool and has a print edition with more stuff.
- The EastEnders Page by the BBC is at http://www.bbc.co.uk/eastenders/. Cool stuff and includes a forum and live camera!
- Transcripts and synopses on this site.
- Relevant cast list for transcripts on this site (late 1994 and 1995).
- Jane's Summaries: extensive, accurate synopses of episodes.
- Walford Web: click "episodes" to get very detailed summaries (late February 1997 through March 2000). They are less opinionated (and less colorful) than Jane's summaries (see above), and are presented in scene-by-scene detail.
- There is an English to American English Dictionary online. It's pretty good, but does not focus on Cockney English.
- Links to others' Xena: Warrior Princess transcripts!
- Extensive link lists and miscellany: Xena Online Resources, Tom's Xena Page. (http://www.xenite.org/xenaonln.htm and http://www.xenafan.com)
- Media Review Archives: Sometimes unavailable due to traffic. Has many, many, published and broadcast articles, including photos.
- Image Galleries: Logomanc (has images from every Xena episode--look out for the funny jpeg file names!--and complete episode credits too). (http://www.klio.net/XENA/index.html)
