WILSON, all of Dallas Co., for $150, have sold tract of land described as follows.  100 A in Dallas Co., being part of 304- 1/2 A purhcased by Marquis De Bourne from B. O. C. Pound, the 304-1/2 A beginning at a stake the NE ocrner of another survey owned by said Pounds from which a hackberry 73-1/1 20-1/2 vrs or locust brs N brs NE vrs.  Thence W......H. H. Valentine's NE corner.....B. O. C. Pound's other survey.....intention berein being to convey our entire 1/11 undivided interest in aforesaid tract, together with all appurtenances.  Sarah Sanders relinquishes dower.
