Parcel 1: 180 m/l acres. The westernmost parcel of the ranch with scenic landmark mountain rim, 2 ponds, pastures, old orchard, good building sites, juniper and some pine. The creek flows through and has a pretty creek bottom pasture with year-round water source. No improvements other than two stock ponds, and LOP tags. $90,000.

Thie is the entrance to Parcel 1, looking to the east on the county road. An old orchard with apple, pear, and plum trees, and two ponds and spring developments are several hundred yards from this point.

Juniper-studded pasture ground on Parcels 1 and 2 provides forage and winter shelter for cattle.

This photo shows the improved pasture which has been planted in much of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, including Sheep Fescue, Paiute Orchard Grass, and Intermediate Wheat Grass. These pastures could be hayed. Young pine and juniper trees are reforesting some of the pastures.

Shiver's Rim, the pointed outcropping in these two pictures, is a well-known landmark and is great for practicing rock climbing. It is located on Parcel 1 but casts its shadow on all parcels.
This photo looks out over Parcel 1, but is actually taken from Parcel 2.
A section of Twelve Mile Creek flows through both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2.

Numerous wildflowers grow along the creek as well as on the pasture ground above.
