Deadman's TWF history is actually longer than you may think. He is by far the youngest superstar in the TWF Locker Room and has been with the TWF since almost the very beginning. He did have his beginnings in his WWC promotion, which gave a few TWF Superstars their first real place of shelter, such as The Fox and NJS, and many XCW superstars have been involved with WWC.
Deadman's first TWF appearance was after he was introduced to Mr. BIG. Biggie gave him a try-out match and he was signed. He debuted as 'Nidian', his real name in a few matches, and was slated to face 'Lover Boy' Bennetta for the TWF Bantamweight Championship at WrestleMAINA. However, when the title was ditched, he was unable to appear. But, he then became 'King' Nidian, around the King of the Ring 2000. It was a memorable sight to see him acting like a real king. He however was eliminated by his brother NJS, who became TWF King of the Ring 2000.
As NJS became IC Champion that month, Deadman went after his brother like a man possessed. The two men fought in a Handicap Match at Halloween Hell inside a Steel Cage, that was over quickly thanks to interference. The two brothers cost each other match after match, to have it settled in the only Rage in the Cage2 or Rage in the Double Cage match in TWF History (the structure was later used for the House of Pain Match at PayBack). The match was amazing, with both men going through panels of the cage before NJS was declaired victor. The two then fought in another classic match, this time the only Double Jepoardy match to have taken place, which again NJS won.
But Nidian had won the Battle to the Mania and was to face Mr. BIG at WrestleMANIA II for the TWF World Heavyweight Championship. The match went to all 3 falls but it was Mr. BIG who got the victory in a largely forgotton match. Deadman fought NJS and High Voltage in consecutive PPVs, before leaving the TWF for a short while.
When he returned, it was to cost his brother a match at Easter HeAT 2002, and the two fought the opening contest at WrestleMania 3, regarded by many to be one of the best TWF PPVs of all time. After this Deadman wrestled quietly and returned at Total Chaos to steal the Hardkore championship from under Steven Jenkins' nose.
Deadman had another quiet period before upsetting Jody Fleisch by becoming TWF Cruiserweight Champion, but lost the title to JCVS and then made his darkside public, joining with The AshTaker to form the TWF's Ministry, which later formed part of XCW's Ministry of Darkness. After months of build-up, the Ministry disolved, and Deadman went his seperate ways, entering The Jocks's crosshairs. Deadman was one of the founding members of the Allied Powers, who put a stop to the Jocks and their egotisical ways. Deadman also formed an impressive tag-team partnership with J-Fox, and the duo defeated Deadman's former allies, AshTaker & Terminator in early 2005 to become xWa Tag-Team Champions, and then later in the year unified the TWF & xWa belts, winning the annual Square Ladder Match.
