An andrecht is a rear handed backside handplant with a front handed grab. You should try doing it without the grab to get the hang of the balancing because most plants are pretty hard. You can usually help is by practicing just balancing on your hands and not moving. Than you get used to being up there. It's a little harder with the board though because it's adding extra weight. That's why it's good to have a light board.
