An eggplant is a one handed 180 degree invert in which the front hand is planted on the lip of the wall and the rotation is backside. This is a difficult trick to do. The one thing to help you get better on any plants is to practice on halfpipes you might have by running and planting on the coping. I don't think any plant is very easy. You shouldn't get mad if you can't do it and other people can. It happens to people all the time.
