Exercise!!
Get your body moving!  The way to keep your body moving for years and years to come, is to get it moving today.  Your body needs regular exercise, whether it be walking, swimming or scheduled sports!  A minimum of 3 times per week is best.

Lacking motivation?  How about keeping your girlish/boyish figure for your whole life?  Still not enough?  Exercise reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes and many other less than desireable conditions. 

If you don't already have an exercise routine, a good place to start is to walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week and increase it gradually.  Before you start anyting though, you should see your doctor to make sure everything is in working order.

If you lack motivation because exercising is boring, then invite a friend or borrow a pet to join you.  Having someone (human or pet) join you is a great way to spend your exercise time.  If you have kids, include them in your exercise routine, it is never too early to learn healthy attitudes about life.

There is NO down side to exercise, it gives you energy, helps keep excess pounds off and makes your whole outlook on life brighter!
