Looting is another word for Stealing.
This manual gives you the best tips on looting your targets.
Read it and understand that looting is a different concept than attacking.
Start the round with 10,000 ops and 10,000 dus and a $0 networth. Other members watch your
profile so they can hit you can gank you for what you got. You gotta be quick while doing this:
01. Hire bodyguards/thugs with 60 turns (This will protect you for 60 seconds).
02. Go to your BANK and deposit $75,000,000 into your safe.
03. Go to the BLACK MARKET and buy 11,000 ak's and 1,000,000 units of alcohol.
04. Go back to the BANK and send all but $25,000,000 to the banker. (This is used for traveling )
05. All this must be done within 60 seconds .. If you feel like you're running out of time, go back to HIRE and hire again with 60 turns.
The key to being a good looter is speed.
LOOT ATTACKS
If you click on "city" down at the bottom of the page, you'll get a list of players in your immediate range. The range in which you can hit mafiosos is 4 times your networth as well as half your networth. For instance:
If you have a networth of $200,000,000. This means you can hit people that have a networth of $800,000,000 and below. You can also hit people that have a networth of $100,000,000 and above.
When looting, you want to hit people who have 0 defensives. This way you don't lose any DU's. Heres are the type of attacks and if they're good scores or not:
01. Running in the HQ: Your basic attack. This is a straight cash hit. Usually, I dont hit anything below $5mil.
02. Extort business: This just kills the opponents OP's. A pretty worthless attack unless you don't want them to COLLECT.
03. Attack armory: With this attack, you'll will get extra guns. I usually don't hit nothing below 25,000 glocks, 10,000 shotguns, 5,000 uzis and 1,000 ak's.
04. Attack drug labs: Anything above 100,000 units is a good hit.
05. Jack planes and cars: If you attack, and the number increases by huge gaps each time, keep attacking as you can get a couple thousand cars or planes here.
Bank The Load
After you've made atleast a couple hundred million and profits, turn all the property into cash and send it off to your banker.
DEFENCE
If you are attacking, and then suddenly you see "you need to hire some boys", that means someone is hitting you. Quickly go to TRAVEL and pick a destination. Then transform any property into cash and dump it.
REVENGE
ThIs ia a favorite. If you go to MAILBOX then REVENGES, you will see an open list of available revenges. When you click on "attack back", this will allow you to hit that member no matter what range they're in and for an infinite amount of times.
This nifty little tool can allow you to clean them out (and if they're not banked, even triple zero them).
BABY HUNTING
This is when people have just signed in with their new name and have 10k DU's and OP's as well as the $0 networth. For people that don't know better, they will sometimes hire with a couple turns or buy a gun or travel, this will automatically open them up to attack. If you watch a profile and see the networth jump from $0 to $527,220,000 - you should hit them right away. Since they are pretty much gunless, they wont do much damage. You should have atleast
10k DU's while doing this.
The perfect time to do this is before a new hour (which we refer to as TOH = top of the hour).
You can only be hit 10 times in a hour (as long as 10% or more, of your networth is taken). If you do this, say at 9:58, after 10 attacks, it will say "this mafioso has been attacked too much", they will be able to be hit again at 10:01 (and 11:01, etc). So you can pretty much clean them out in a couple minutes.
KEY TIPS
01. Before signing out, dump just about everything so that other looters won't get much. You wanna keep roughly $5,000,000 and 500,000 units of alcohol.
02. You only need ONE defensive unit to loot.
03. When entering the new hour, its advisable to get yourself attacked right away (even if you have to sacrafice a big amount of loot) so that you can get maxed. This way you don't have to worry about getting attacked for the whole hour and you can loot in piece. BUT people can still revenge you, so keep an eye open.
04. Save your reserves for the end of the round. At this time, just about everying one is war'ing and there will be zeros all over the place. This is the best time to make loot.

These will be advised at the start of each round by your boss' and consigliere's.
