1. You must have a personal webpage "G" rated (No adult content, swearing, ext. you know what I mean). If you don't have a webpage to put your dragon on you will not receive one. (Since you have to make a page for your candidate, this shouldn't be hard)

2. Before Anything else you MUST have a page prepared for your dragon and rider, with a candidate filling all the requirements. You may have a few firelizards on your page and some lowercaverns supplies, but nothing more.(see requirements below)

3. Do not stack your dragon on a cyberpets page. As i have said before you must have a separate page for you candidate, where your dragon will live.

4. Don't come complaining about your dragon, and don't give me any suggested name or color. What you get depends on the quailty of your candidate page and how hard you worked on it.

5. You must have a link back to the Twin Weyrs (http://www.oocities.org/twinweyr/index/html) and my site http:www.oocities.org/twinweyr/valleyweyr.html) on your candidate page

6 .You may have as many candidates as you want, within reason and
to show you have read the rules, on the question "how many dragons do you want" answer "flame throwing lizards"

7. Do not steal images, you will get your dragon in due time if you wait patiently and it will do no good for you to steal mine or others's dragons, trust me, it won't.

8. All male candidates name will be elided after impression. Which means

9. Please try and put your dragon up within a week of receiving the hatchling. They don't want to just wait around in cyberspace! If you don't have your dragon up within two weeks of receiving it, or receiving its new stange, the dragon will no longer be yours and will become abandoned. (Really, two weeks should be plenty of time!)

    Now here are some BIG HINTS on what to put on your page.  *If you want to impress
You MUST include your candidates name, age, etc. But if I were you i would include more than that*

-Include a physical desription of your character. If you want you can even include a picture of them.

-Tell where they were born, who their parents were, things like that that give me a better idea about them.

   - BIG HINT, if you want a good dragon, iinclude a story. If you just have a page with, "Here is my Dragon's Home" or a page with just the stats on the rider, it is doubtfull that you will impress. Have a story about your candidate, it can be a simple interactment between searchrider and candidate, or it can be something elaborate. Be creative, but it MUST take place on PERN and it must make sense with pern life. (If you are new to Pern read the faq page to learn the basics of pernese life) Creativity holds higher chances of impressing.

-Have a nice background that relates to a Weyr, and be sure to make it legible (no yellow writiing on white background) Yoou also can add supplies from the Valley Weyr's Lower Caverns

-Somehwere in your story you must mention your character being searhced. Include as many characters from this Weyr as you wish, but you must include being searched by either searchrider Adlan on Green  Rarrath or Rian on Green Sharranth.

Well, there you go, a lot of rules and requirements, but you're finally done! Now, you can sign your candidate up for the search. Now, if your page is made, fill out the form and submit your candidate.
