You ride in from the gate on a blue dragon. You thank the dragon for the ride and dismount.  You glance about the Weyr in awe and notice to magnificent dragons a gold and a bronze sunning themselves on the ledge. Just  below them are a man and a women arguing. The man is tall he looks about 20 turns with sandy blonde hair and light hazel eyes. The woman is tall, with curly brown hair that sits upon her shoulders and pine green eyes. She sees you and ceases her argument to greet you.
    "Hello, welcome to Valley Weyr!" She says in a welcoming and happy voice. "I am Weyrwoman Ulania, but everyone calls me Ulan." Seeing your questioning gaze, she adds "That is Weyrleader A'ao, who is acting rather immature right now." She glances at the man behind her, who grins and comes to stand beside Ulan.
    "I'm acting immature? " A'ao says playfully. "You're the one who started it."
    "How can anyone talk to you!" Ulan demanded. "All you do is argue and talk back, even over the simplest problem of seeing that there's not enough candidates."
    "Well since I'm being so arguementive, perhaps I should just stop meddling in Weyr affairs, since I am only the Weyrleader, and go tend to my dragon." He departs with a wink at you, to climb to the ledge where the bronze and gold are perched. You notice that the bronze does not want to leave the Golden queen dragon next to him. The two leaders' arguments seem harsh but playful, and you wonder if there are some underlying feelings inside those playful arguments. Ulan gives a short "humph" and turns her eyes from the Weyrleader.
    "Well." She says. "I'm sure your first impression of Valley Weyr and the way it is run was not the best, but maybe I can change those feelings. If you like, I can take you on a tour of the Weyr, and maybe you can become a candidate for Ziarrath's clutch, since we are in need of candidates, something only a few can see."
  She grins at you, a warm and white smile, and says, come on, lets go." The Gold Dragon stands up lazily and follows you and the Weyrwoman forward.
  As you walk she speaks to you "There is much to see here," She points to a door,   "You can see the record room or go down to the lower caverns where you might live." She walks farther down the corridor, " You can impress a firelizard or see the Wings down here, there are also draconic faries that you can impress." Eager to begin this venture, you follow her down the hallways.

1/4/01- I'm back, or should I say I'm alive again! I have been going insane without my computer and there is a lot that needs to be done around here, so give me a day or so and everything should be back in order:):) Golden Queen Ziarrath's clutch of 17 has been laid!  7 males and 10 females are needed for this clutch!!

1/16/01- Well Frustration has set over school has started back:(:( well I did add a new thing!! *g* You can now adopt Canines, I have also decided to give the Valley a Make over, for those who do come to my site I have added a NEW back, frames, and the Best thing of All I am making new pernese*g* If I set myself to it they might be here in 2 weeks so keep checking back:):)

10/21/01-hey, this is Leigha of Dragon Fang Weyr. Zoey's computer is out of whack, but hopefully she can get it fixed soon. She wanted me to post that the first clutch has hatched, read the story here. Sr, Queen Ziarrath has been flown by Bronze Garranth, clutch will be on the sands soon.

9/6/01- I am working on my draconic breed, which hopefully will be up soon, if you want you can see a preview of it here:):)  I am also in need of 1 female candidate and 4 male candidates:):)
