Yami Yugi
When Yugi figures out the Millenium Puzzle is his filled with magical power which brings out his more powerful later ego, Yami Yugi. Not only is Yami a master duelist but he is filled with courage.

Yugi Mutou
Yugi Mutou is the main character in Yu-Gi-Oh. His grandfather brings him an ancient puzzle from egypt which he sloves rewarding him with mystical powers. Yugi and his bestfriends,Tea,Tristan and Joey first set out to save Yugi's grandfather from Pegasus by entering a tournament he held, Duelist Kingdom. After that is over Kaiba holds Battle City to find all three of the Eygtptian god cards and yugi and Joey enter this.

Maximillion Pegasus
Maximillion Pegasus is the creator of Duel Monsters the card game, he hand paints all of his cards. He owns the Millenium eye and desires the other six to bring back his dead love which he misses very deeply. He got this idea after Shadi showed him that he could see her but not touch her.

Joey Wheeler
Joey Wheeler is Yugi's best friend, he loses bets often and is put down by Kaiba but doesn't take it lightly and his temper explodes.When He goes to Duelist Kingdom he is determined to win the money for his sister, Serenity's eye operation.

Tea Gardner
Tea Gardner is Yugi's friend and doesn't play duel monsters. She always believes in friendship and sticking together when times get tough, she never gives up on her friends.

Tristen Taylor
Tristen Taylor is another one of Yugi's friends and he plays duel monsters but not as often as the others. Tristen and Joey agrue alot over things but they are always there to cover each others back.

Mai Valentine
Mai Valentine is pretty and dangerous! She is one of the top duelists in the world. She's posh and uses her charm in certain situations.

Seto Kaiba
Seto Kaiba is the owner and founder of the high-tech company,KaibaCorp, and at one or more points is Yugi's rival. He uses his power and athority in the business world to get him what he whats. During Duelist kingdom Pegasus has seto on the run as he trys to take over KaibaCorp. <

Mokuba Kaiba
Mokuba Kaiba is Seto's younger brother and sees only the good in him. His idol is Seto and he'll do anything for him.

Grandpa
Grandpa is yugi's grandfather and belive deeply in the heart of the cards. Once a world traveller, he now owns a local game shop.

Bakura
Bakura is a friend of Yugi and the other's but there not too close. Bakura owns the millenium ring and the evil spirit takes him over from time to time.
