Hi Paulette and everyone else,
Rick and I have noticed more male knitters lately, too. Last week we
had 2 young
guys visit the shop and they were like kids in a candy store <g>.
One mentioned
he was going to knit a scarf for his girlfriend for Christmas. Rick
got to teach
them how to knit hats in intarsia.
OKC: I've been going in fits and starts since I got stuck with this
nasty
tendonitis. But I am currently setting all my "works in progress" aside
to knit
one of my favorite Knitting Pure & Simple sweaters. Diane, I just
love that
neckdown pullover. I have one knit out of Canadiana Colours that I
get all sorts
of compliments on. This current one is being knit out of Cascade 220
in a blue
jeansy ragg. I'll wear it with my uniform of choice....Levi's jeans
<g>. I'm
gonna finish it...even if my arm falls off <lol>.
