| What is the Southeastern Twister's Association? The Southeastern Twister's Association, or SETA, is an organization of balloon artists, for balloon artists, devoted to helping you pursue balloon art by providing you with an educational and advisory forum. What are your goals? Simply put, our goal is to further the development of the balloon arts, promote brotherhood among balloon artists, and provide a place for newer balloon artists of all ages to learn from their peers. How Do I Reach SETA? You can drop us a line at southeasterntwisters@hotmail.com You can write to us at: 3813 5th Ave South Birmingham, AL 35222 Can anyone join? We do not want to exclude anyone with an interest in balloons. Our minimum requirement, is that a new member be able to twist a poodle, and a teddy bear, and show a desire to help promote balloon art. Our bylaws are set up in such a way that a prospective new member can be taught by any existing member how to make the basic requirements. It's probably really expensive. How much do I have to spend to join? It actually is not that expensive at all. We require a once a year fee of $25.00 to join (that's less than $2.10 a month). As we add more services, and make more available to you, we will add different levels of pricing to suit the different levels of services you would like to receive. How do I join? Simply click on the application link to the left, fill out the application and hit submit. Although we do not yet accept credit cards, checks or money orders are fine. All checks, or money orders should be made out to "Laurie Burch", and sent to: 3813 5th Ave South Birmingham, AL 35222 |
