now u have chosen ur host and signed up for a site.. u gotta make it.. u uplaod ur pics and make ur pages.... for makin your pages.. u just have to find where the html editor on ur site is and just make new pages and add up all the html and data u want...
but problem with free sites u have limited bandwidth,,, this means u HAVE to upload ur photos outside on anotehr server to save up bandwidth.. cause when u use all ur bandwidth ur site is SHUTDOWN for two hours ...

Now REMEBER.. u have to have material on ur site that r made by you .. u can take graphics from otehr sites that u can use for ur layouts .. but the stuff u provide for others to use HAVE to be unique so try making some .. its not that hard. even if they come out bad they woudl stull be uniqu cause no one else thought of them
u also have to link back to sites that u have borrowed graphics from or learned something from that would be very nice .
Your LAYOUT MUST BE unique and new .. its has to attract the viewer so he would come back for more...
your site has to be about something good enough to keep the traffic going...
