1. The mermaid's nose is backstitched using 3032 DMC.

2. Stitch the straight spokes on the border shells in 3041 DMC.

3. The horizon line is backstitched using 930 DMC.

4. There are two inverted ~ symbols. The symbol listed 3811 is used in the mermaid's tail. They symbol listed 762/3743 is used in the sky.

5. The rocks to the right of the mermaid's head include a symbol of a box with a square dot in the center. Some color charts misprint this as a box with a dot in the left corner. The symbol is stitched with 840/3041 DMC.

6. DMC 3752 should be described as "very light antique blue" on the color chart instead of "antique violet, vy. lt.".

7. Kreinik 210 "Gold Dust" #8 Braid is omitted from the fiber list of the chart. The fiber is referenced in the pull-out instructions for couching the mermaid's armband.

I had to frog some of the over one in the mermaid's face, and I kept re-counting and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I went to another color and the same thing happened again. Then I did some eye-balling of the chart: When you look at the big chart (over 2) by her face there are four vertical empty squares for the over one, and when you look at the same spot in the over one chart there are 10 up and 2 over vertical squares which is equivalent to 5 over 2 squares. I didn't see anything for this on the corrections thread, so I guess what to do is either:

1) leave off one of the over 2 ones (a % symbol) so you can do the over one chart correctly
or
2) leave off the bottom block of 4 over one stitches.

I did #2 because I already finished the hair, but I wish I'd have caught this sooner because #1 seems easier, and of course I wouldn't have thought I was going nuts with the frogging earlier tonight.

*UPDATE*: I found another one! and by looking at the close up pic on the back of the leaflet, I think the problem is with the over 2 stitches, not the over 1 chart.
Here is what needs to be left out of the over 2 chart:
There's 2 stitches in her hair that are causing the rucus: the first, on the far left of her face there are 4 vertical blank spots for the over one, the % on the bottom needs to be ommitted; then if you go over one and down you run into a Z with a line through it, it needs to be left off as well.
