Ranma Saotome

Ranma is about 16, I think. He's a martial arts master whose father engaged him to three girls, one because of a promise he made to his training buddy when he was young, another for okonomiyaki, and the other because he wanted to live (ran into some chinese amazons). Ranma went on a training trip to China, and fell into a spring, which turns him into a girl if he gets splashed (see Story). He's really macho (or thinks that he is), can be rude and has no clue how to act towards girls (think of Inu-Yasha), even if he is a girl half of the time. At the momment, he is in love with his first fiancee, Akane Tendo, but is in denial. Sometimes, though, I kinda feel sorry for him. Everybody seems to want to kill him, marry him, or engage him for food. He is currently living at the Tendo's with his dad (and theTendos), and is constantly fighting one of his many rivals (or Akane). That's about it.

Akane Tendo

Akane is Ranma's violent,tomboyish martial artist fiancee. She is the first girl engaged to Ranma, and is the only one of his fiancees who can not cook. At all. Her food and recepies are famous around the world for being the most toxic substance known to mankind (and all the fruity purple people around nearby galaxies). She is really into martial arts, and can kick the butts of every boy at her school (exccept Ranma). This skill comes in handy when she meets up with Ranma's other fiancees who usually want to kill her (I say usually, because sometimes they get along.) (sometimes). She use to have long hair, but it got chopped when Ryoga showed up :( (it looked so nice on her)**sniff** (if that had been me, I would have died or at least done the world's first supernova sized ki blast)......ahem, anyways, she lives with her dad and her two older sister's in her father's dojo (if she marries Ranma, they get the dojo). Akane's in love with Ranma, but is too shy to tell him. That's it.

Shampoo  ....uum...(insert lastname here)

Ranma met Shampoo while on the training trip in China with his dad. They both ran into some chinese amazons and Ranma had to fight Shampoo or otherwise be killed. What they didn't know was that if a guy defeats their princess (that's who Shampoo is, by the way) he has to marry her. Ranma beat Shampoo, so now he's supposed to marry her. Ranma tricked her into believing that he was a girl, and broken-hearted Shampoo ran back to China. She ends up at the cursed springs (Jusenkio (?spll))  and falls into one of the lakes (ponds?) (whatever): Spring of Drowned Cat >:) **bwahahaha**  Ironically, Ranma's mortally afraid of cats **snicker** ...ahem* anywho, Shampoo came back to Japan, and lives at her store the Cat Cafe with her grandma, who knows martial arts, magick, and Happosai since she was young. Oh, Shampoo also knows a bit of magick too, which she uses from time to time. She has an admirer named Mousse. (Shampoo...Mousse...get it?**hahahaha** oh gods that was bad...)
