Fiction by Victoria Haslam

Favourite episode: It's a close run thing between "North" and "You Must Remember This" with "Heaven And Earth" coming in third.

Favourite line: Hard to say, there are so many! Okay, how about this one from "North"... Ray: Moil, toil. Who cares? Benny: Robert Service apparently.

First episode seen: The Pilot

Least favourite episode: I'm not even going to consider S3/4, since for me they aren't even close to being DS. So from S1/2, probably "Dief's Day Off" and "Invitation To Romance", plus the least DS-like episode of the first 40+ which has to be "All The Queen's Horses". Benton Fraser as a fifth-rate James Bond...? Sorry Paul, I just don't buy it.

Other fandoms: Hmm... aside from DS, the only one I've really written in is Battlestar Galactica. I did start a Star Trek Original/Next Gen crossover novel when TNG first began but gave up after half a season because I just didn't like the new show. (I have a prologue, three or four chapters and the epilogue (!) finished. That's right, I've written the end, a lovely scene between Spock and McCoy I'm really fond of. Oh well...) On the reading side, there's DS, Galactica, The A-Team, original Star Trek (particularly anything with McCoy in a prominent role), Quantum Leap and Lord Of The Rings. Oh and I prefer gen, although I don't mind slash.
