Today I walked
Seen the rainbow energy
Listened to truth
sat at the top
The sun was shining
I cut though a yard
I opened a cupboard
I put out a dog
I was spinning
I was spinning
Spinning as One
Today I was kissed
I saw three birds take off
one by one
twenty feet down my path
Birds now everywhere
but not in the trees
that is my eye view
living with the Sea.
