Knocked up very well may be my favorite movie of the year so far. I saw spider-man 3 (amazing) I saw grindhouse (Amazing'er) and I saw 300 (Looked amazing). But deep down inside I will always have that special place for comedy. It cant be beat, don't get me wrong, I love going to the movies and seeing something that just takes me for a ride and makes me leave the theater wanting more, But there is something about laughing so hard that you begin to cry that just makes me love it.

So thats how Knocked Up made me feel, I really liked 40 year old virgin, and I had read some reviews of this movie, and almost all of them were positive (Which usually scares me) but this time I felt they may be right, so I went into this movie expecting greatness, and surprisingly, it delivered completely.

Funness:

This movie is the definition of pure Fun. It does have one of those stories where you can care for the characters, but it also has so much random, off the wall scenes that its just fun to watch. the characters in this movie, i guess just seem to hit home for me, I seem to know someone like everyone of the characters in here. the guy that will take a hugely long bet, then suffers for it, the stoner girl that just seems to be around. All of them just made me feel like I knew these people already. Then the fact that they "Work" on a website that they make $0.00 dollars for yet they consider it an actual job/obligation to do so (twoguystwocentsmoviereviews) really hit a chord with me haha.

Quality of production:

If this were a movie like 300, or something with lots of special effect I would praise it here. But this is just a regular, real life kind of comedy, and so as long as there weren't any mistakes, then I don't have much to say. I like the way it was done...

Bottom Line:

Knocked Up is a Hilarious comedy worth seeing again and again.

(really I've seen it twice already and will probably see a third when it hits the dollar theaters)
