Tommy Bahama's Blackberry BBQ Sauce...

Ingredients:
16 ounces ketchup
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 ounces honey
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 ounces blackberry brandy
Preparation:
Add all ingredients and reduce by 1/3.
Thicken with 1/4 cup cold water and 1 ounce cornstarch, mixed well. Bring to a boil, stir in mixture and then turn off heat to let sit.
