Tommy Bahama's Island Potato Salad....

Ingredients:
3 lbs. red  potatoes
4 ounces mayonnaise
4 ounces sour cream
2 ounces cooked chopped bacon
1 1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1 1/2 ounces chopped red onion
4 ounces shredded celery
4 ounces shredded carrots
2 ounces diced green onion
1 ounce rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Cut potatoes into 6 pieces and cook until tender. In a bowl, add mayo, sour cream, chopped bacon, Dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar, and mix well. Add potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and green onions and mix well. Chill and serve
