	own consulting business in DC.  Her first client was Senator Lloyd Russell, with whom she had a personal relationship.  While working for him, she wrote a memo outlining the weaknesses of the Bartlet Administration and described how to beat them in 2002.  She then started working for Bartlet again as a political consultant. - She wants to get a new panda bear. - Josh played her to get back at Toby so she wants to cause him pain. - Mandy no longer works for President Bartlet. [The actress left the show after the first season and has yet to be written out.]
