Poems by friends of mine:
Walking down
this burning road
A road diverged in two
I wonder whether I should go
Or sit and wait for you.
The longing of my heart
And this burning in my veins
Is forcing me to sit or start
to live my life again.
But the longer that I sit and wait
my soul burns up inside
And I fear that while I wait for you
Your life will fly by mine.
As scared as I may be
As alone as I become
I will always wait for you
Though you may never come.
Sitting in my
room,
listening to Floyd,
hurting you was something,
that I wanted to avoid.
No more embrace,
no more smiling face,
for what we thought was love.
If you have to, then cry,
but now we must part,
so goodbye, goodbye,
I tried to spare your heart.
Not a bad memory
from the times we've spent,
such a shame that those times
have come and went.
We've laughed, we've cried,
through times we won't forget.
I never, ever, wanted
for you to be upset.
It's over,
I'm sorry.
