Fort Peck Lake

This is the famous sign at the entryway to Fort Peck Dam. The Dam was built in the 1930s and provides power to much of Montana and the Western Dakotas. Fort Peck Lake is popular for recreation and fishing. Several other views of Fort Peck Lake and the museum are shown below. I took these shots on October 9, 1999.
