Making a userlookup seems a lot harder than it really is all it really is is an image as a background and a simple code which you can add more to if you'd like such as topbanner codes or other things.
1. find an image you would like to use and make sure it is around 1000*670 it can be smaller or bigger depends on what you like.

2. use this simple code filling in where it says put color here or put url here or whatever it says make sure you fill in all of them. (if your having troubles with the colors a good place to see them is here
