It is inherently neutral inasmuch as it falls not within the nature of a Defod Dial (ceremony of retribution) which forces the target to pay for psychic crimes, i.e. when they are coerced to "pick up the tab."
Through the Dalfa ceremony, the psychic criminal is enclosed in a wall of power and surrounded by a vacuum which will prevent further aggressive activity. All that is done thereafter will rebound upon the perpetrator BUT according to his motivation and intent.
Should he attempt to work for good, then indeed a pronounced blessing will result from the work. Should the work, however, be of a negative or destructive genre, a detrimental reaction transmitted to the felon will be the sequella. In short, he will "cook his own goose!"
An actual benefit may be perceived in the use of such a ceremony as the wall of power can assist in severing such a person from the influence of any negative contacts which continue to colour his activities. Here then is a method to assist in the amelioration of a situation instigated by psychic violence.
