Lilly, in Canada has called, left messages, spoke to people, emailed, faxed FansRule/AF1 numerous times to let them know that the information they have on their database is wrong with an old email address as far back as 4 years and couldn’t get online to purchase tickets as she couldn’t login to the site to purchase tickets. To date she still cannot login to the AF1 site to purchase merchandise, etc., and no one has contacted her to date. Admittedly, for the Toronto concert, after emailing every email address on the FansRule website, was able to contact someone which got her seats 6 rows back way on the left-hand side, but didn’t know that until 2 days prior to the concert so she spent 5 days sitting infront of the radio writing down Aerosmith songs for a contest for front-row center seats which, unbelievably, she won so she "gave" her FansRule seats (as opposed to selling to scalpers) to another member whose seats were back in the 200 section as any FansRule/AF1 member should NEVER get behind 3rd/4th row depending on the venue.
