One of the oddest things I noticed in the course of these events was people receiving their tickets only days before the concert. Some even received their tickets the day of the concert, and had no idea where they would be seated. I thought it was rediculous that FansRule rarely gave ticket confirmations or told the people on the phone where they would be seated. Here is Meg’s story…

Hi Rhianna:

Here are my responses to your questionnaire. If there's anything else you'll need, let me know.

What were you told on the phone on the Saturday, April 21 when tickets went on sale?:

Didn't get through the FR line on 4/21. Ended up getting tix through sfx and ticketmaster.

How did you find out ticket sales would be postponed until the following Monday, April 23?:

Online probably, but I don't remember.

Where you alerted through e-mail about the ticket sales?:

No e-mail message re: ticket sales.

When did you finally get your ticket order placed?:

I got through to FR for fan club tix on 4/28 (I think...)

What seats were you given?:

Section B, Row 18 (dead center in the row) -- not too bad really and better than I had expected.

Were there seats available through AF1 at your chosen venue?:

I tried for Hartford, but settled for Hershey -- thinking I was only allowed 2 tickets at 1 venue...

Were you able to purchase tickets according to seniority status?:

Seniority status was never brought up.

When did you receive the confirmation for your tickets?:

Never got confirmation -- got very nervous, but tickets arrived the week before the concert.

Which show did (or will) you attend?:

I went to Hartford and Hershey, and will go to Camden in September.

Have you received you tickets in time for the show?:

Yes

Did you receive a promise of tickets then not receive you tickets and were not billed for them?:

No

Did you get billed for your tickets and not receive them?:

No

Did AF1 at anytime make any statements to you that you later found out to be false or contradictory to any other previous statement?:

No, but I sure wish I had asked about fan club tickets for Camden...

Any wrong-doings you would like to specifficaly point out?:

No

Anything else you would like to add (a personal story, a comment, or anything you would like said in the article):

Hope they get their act together for the future.
