1. Thou shalt never ever turn down a smoke unless the have a         damn good excuse like a drug test.
2. Whenever buys dope from someone you should always offer       to spark up a dubbie or a bowl with them.
3. If a friend gets you high then in return you should get them         high later when you have some.
4. If someone rolls a nice joint then they should be                           complimented on there rolling ability. It is an art you know.

10. When buying don't haggle. Just tell the dealer what your              willing to pay for what they got.
11. If someone asks for a sip of your drink give em one.

13. If your overcome with a coughing fit get the bowl or J out           of your hand so you don't hack all over it.
14. Never go to someones house expecting them to get you stoned. Thats just not right.

16. Always notify someone if the bowl is about cached or just about cached.
