A refugee from a former reality where he was meant to be the host for Apocalypse, Draxen has broken free from the mold he was cast into and has risen to become a very powerful Vampire.

Personality:

 Master strategist who lives by the creed, "Only the Strong Survive."  Preys on humans and the weak.  A natural commander, believes his species of Vampire is the final stage of evolution and plans to usher the Earth into it's fully evolved state.

Superhuman Abilities/Mutant Abilities/Extraordinary Abilities:

Mutant ability to produce and conduct electricitywith his hands, most often manifested through lightening bolts.  As a Vampire, Draxen has a variety of gifts and weaknesses. He possesses inhuman strength, dexterity and agility.    His senses are not limited to that of the human experience, hence he can see and hear more than non-vampires.  Possesses unusual vocal abilities in regards to mimicry, softness and sharpness of tone.  He is able to heal wounds at a rapid rate when he is not suffering the 'hunger'.  Mentally Draxen can read any uncloaked mind, can control the mind of a weak individual, and can astrally project himself. When drinking the blood of his victims, Draxen shares their thoughts and memories to an extent.  He can also sense other Vampires of his species.
