Background:

At birth was claimed to be a mutant, though most mutants didn't develop any powers til later in their life, Midget came out and immediately changed form, his parents disowned him right away and threw him away in a dumpster in New Orleans. He was raised by bums in the area and trained to get them food. He did so for years until he realized he could do what he wanted, he killed all the bums and lived by himself in an apartment in New Orleans until he ran into Pophy and got taken to the new world.

 Sick and Twisted sense of humor, usually kills people when he seems to be joking.

His main hobby is finding funny ways to kill people and get what he wants, his favorite is to go inside someone's head, talk to them and then become himself again, ripping himself out of their head, immediatly killing them.
