Timeline:
Unknown to 1996: Born, grows up, goes to private school where he meets the future Red Ranger. Thinks the guy's an idiot for not learning how to use his money to gain power. Quits the school.
2001: Joins the Silver Guardians, steals Quantum Controller Box and becomes Quantum Ranger. Rises in rank in the Guardians as he plays a major role in stopping a time criminal called Frax, and another called Ransix. Loses Q-Rex zord when it is taken to the future.
Current: Breaks ties with the Rangers and his employers to persue his own interests.

Background:

Not much known. Thirsts for personal power, stole the morpher which gives him his power.

Personality:

 Doesn't give a damn unless he's paid to.  Refuses to hurt innocents, however, a bit of his old protector role coming through. Never quits until the job is done. Overconfidant, cocky, arrogant, but all business when it's called for.
