Spagetti Sauce |
3 lbs Hamburg Onions Green peppers 1 lg can tomatoe puree 2 cans tomatoe paste onion salt & garlic salt to taste 2 lg cans water |
Fry hamburg, onions green peppers, and garlic salt & onion salt to taste. Then add the puree and paste and then the water. Let cook on med-low for 5-6 hrs till thick. |

Lasgana |
1 boiler chicken motzerelle chesse spagetti sause (use above) or canned ricotti cheese 2 Lg parmasean cheese 1/2 cup lasagna noodles 1 box parsley sprinkle 1/2 doz eggs onion salt & garlic salt |
Pick chicken, In lg bowl put chicken , 1/2 cup of broth, ricotti ch, and parasean, eggs, parsley. Add onion salt and garlic salt to taste Mix all togeather. Now in oblong baker pan layer, sause, noodles, chesse mix, motzarella chesse and keep layering till pans full Bake at 350 till cheese is firm . |

Itilian Wedding Soup |
3lbs hamburg 1 boiler chicken 4 bunches endive parmasean chesse onion N garlic salt 2 lg eggs bread crumbs 1 egg |
Boil chicken till done, save broth, pick chicken and put back in broth, clean and wash endive and break in peices, add endive to broth, On the side in lg bowl add hamburg, 2 eggs, Onion N garlic salt to taste .add bread crumbs till mix is holding togeather, make tiny meatballs, then fry meatballs till done, then them add to broth, In small bowl put some parmesean cheese about half a can, add 1 egg and mix, put mix in soup and stir Cook soup on high till boil the simmer on med till endive is soft. Enjoy |

Baked Corn |
2 16 oz cans creamed corn 1/2 doz eggs 1/2 cup sugar 2 cans of milk (use corn cans) Mix all ingrediants in med bowl, mix well till eggs are mixed through. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs or till it becomes thick like custard |
Cole Slaw |
1 head of cabbage 1cup sugar 1 cup vinegar 1 cup mayo 1cup shredded carrots Shred cabbage in bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, mayo in a shaker or bowl. If too sweet add more vinegar, if too sour add more sugar. If to runny add more mayo. then pour over cabbage and mix. Mix in shredded carrots then chill in fridge. |
