This was my first CenDiv event ever and I was *really* nervous when I saw the level of competition there.  Several national champions there and at least a couple top 10 national finishers in my class.  I was just so nervous with anticipation, fear, whatever, that I wanted to get Saturdays run over with.  Well, to the suprise of many (including myself) I ended up leading G-Stock after Saturdays runs.   Maybe it had something to do with the 5 downshifts to first on the ugly Saturday course, I don't know, but I somehow managed to get a head of everyone.  It was short lived however.  The big dawgs came out Sunday and showed there stuff, easily passing me by.  Damn two day events ;-)  Oh well, it was a good first effort and I was very pleased with my performance.
