Check out the air under the right rear tire!  Yee-haw!!!

I'd raced at 5 other locations and six different events since my last local auto-x.   It was quite evident too.  I hit a new record of eleven (yes eleven) cones in only 5 runs and was all over the place the entire day.  On two runs I had 4 cones each.  It was not pretty, especially considering this was the first time my family had ever come out to watch me.  Oh well, I did get one clean (fast) run in and handily took my class.  On my last run I took my mom with me for a ride.  She was somewhat speechless at the end after I removed her clinched hands from the seat and doors ;-)  I think she had a good time?!?

Afterwards I found out I'd corded my almost new BFG's (on only 31 runs) which explained why the car was so slippery all day.  Oh well, at least it happened at a local event and not Divisionals or something.
