| Band Bio TYS is: Mike Dave Marco and Mario Formed in the San Fernando Valley, California {in 1996} Thousand Year Syndrome jumped into the Hollywood new-metal scene with their demo spreading like a brush fire, and their live-act living up to high expectations around Los Angeles. With their blend of heavily melodic textures and hard-core rhythms, T.Y.S have established themselves as a demensional sound-scape that is ever-changing due to the wide range of influences such as Danny Elfman, Faith No More, Deftones, Tori Amos, depeche Mode and many others. With their debut EP entitled "product" near completion David Verella (guitar), Marco Borregales (drums/programing), Michael Thomas (vocals) and Mario Jimenez (bass guitar) plan to stay busy writting new material for a full length album and expanding their live show across the nation. |
