In Europe:

In Greece:
Edwards signed with Greek team Olympiakos in the 1999-'00 midseason. Although there were questions concerning his health, he helped the team improve with his good defense, team game and leadership. He wasn't always scoring much but thanks to him the team won some important games in the Greek Championship. He scored 25 points, including a clutch 3-pointer in a game Vs AEK that gave Olympiakos the 1st place in the regular season and he was named Player of the Week. During the playoffs though, the team collapsed against PAOK in the semifinals and lost the series 2-0. Edwards "disappeared" in those games, just like he did in the Euroleague's play-offs, when Olympiakos lost to Slovene team Olimpia 2-1 and failed to advance to the Final Four. In the end, Olympiakos captured the 3rd place in the Greek Championship.

Edwards' averages in the Greek Championship with Olympiakos: 12.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.6 blocks, 71% in FTs, 57% in FGs and 41% in 3pts [in 25 mins played (18 games)].

Edwards started the 2000-'01 season with Dafni, another Greek team. He played well in the first games but then he had some bad ones so he was replaced by Rodrick Rhodes.
